AZMAN ARCHITECTURAL CONSULTANCY (AAC) [formerly known as AZZA ASSOCIATE ARCHITECTS KL, established in 1986] has focused on client service and innovative, cost effective design. This successful combination has led to a high level of client satisfaction, and as a result, returning patronage that now forms the cornerstone of the practice. AAC offers a wide range of professional services in the related disciplines of architecture, facilities and management, urban design, landscape architecture, heritage, strategic planning and consulting, and graphics, whilst maintaining professional, confidential, independent and unbiased advise and service. AAC’s scope covers pre-design through detailed design, documentation, submission to authorities, to post contract administration. Our core corporate values give highest priority to listening to our clients as we interpret their briefs and provide total design solutions, which excite the market, are practical and generate returns through market fit and competitive differentiation.
My experience has ranged widely in scale and emphasis, from building and landscape designs to urban designs for districts and neighborhoods. As a principal in Azman Architectural Consultancy, I established my own firm in 1986 and have designed approximately one hundred and fifty projects with an estimated construction value of over RM 3.0 Billion. I have also worked with local and foreign design consultants and am a board member of several organisations in the related fields. Some of my previous efforts have been published in leading design and planning journals on subjects of contemporary design practices and theories.

Graduated from University of Miami USA in 1988 . Initially trained with Urban Development Authority KL ( UDA ) and Pengiran Ismail Arkitek in Brunei gaining valuable in depth experience from involvement in a variety of projects.
Joined AAC in 1993 and has been dedicated with the core team in the firm till today. Has been successfully handled the large scale projects from the design and documentation stages right through to implementation, coordination and completion of various project until now.
